Water Neutrality Statements

Planning applications not yet determined will need to submit a Water Neutrality Statement setting out a strategy for achieving water neutrality within the development. In the event that water neutrality cannot be achieved then the development will not meet the requirements of section 63 of the Habitats Regulations, and the application will not be determined positively.
